Associated with a salting line, with or without gumming,
these ovens enable the continuous production of (oven-roasted)
dried fruits.
Completely manufactured in stainless steel or not, according
to need and use with electric or gas heating by exchanger.
Made in different stages and belt lengths.
Can be equipped with an internal or external cooler
for direct packing in bags.
